Description du poste

Lucille’s recherche un(e) Responsable du bar passionné(e) et expérimenté(e) pour superviser l’ensemble des opérations du bar. En tant que leader, vous serez responsable de la création de cocktails innovants, de la gestion de l’équipe du bar service et de l’optimisation de l’expérience client.

Responsabilités :

· Préparer et servir des boissons alcoolisées et non alcoolisées en respectant les recettes et les normes du restaurant

· interagir avec les clients, prendre leurs commandes et leur proposer des suggestions en fonction de leurs préférences

· Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du bar

· Former, encadrer et motiver l’équipe du bar

· Gérer les stocks et les commandes

· Assurer le respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité

Exigences :

· 5 ans d’expérience significative en tant Barman ou Responsable de bar dans un environnement similaire et à haut volume

· Expérience en gestion d’équipe et/ou en supervision des opérations

· Excellente connaissance des spiritueux, vins et techniques de mixologie

· Leadership, organisation et capacité à travailler sous pression

· Flexibilité pour travailler le soir, le week-end et les jours fériés selon les besoins

· Bilinguisme (Français et anglais requis afin d'assurer un service client diversifié comprenant une proportion significative de clients anglophones, et pour répondre aux demandes effectuées en anglais)

Job description

Lucille’s is looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to oversee all bar operations. As a leader, you will be responsible for creating innovative cocktails, managing the bar service team, and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities :

· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the restaurant’s recipes and standards

· Interact with customers, take their orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences

· Oversee daily bar operations

· Train, supervise, and motivate the bar team

· Manage inventory and orders

· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements :

· 5 years of experience as a bartender or bar manager in a similar, high-volume environment

· Experience in team management and/or operations supervision

· Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology techniques

· Leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure

· Bilingualism (French and English required to provide service to a diverse clientele, including a significant proportion of English-speaking guests, and to respond to requests made in English)
