Description: As an Immigration Consultant at Canada By Choice, you will be a vital part of our mission to deliver exceptional immigration services. We are looking for a strong, self-assured individual who can manage immigration cases independently, provide expert guidance to clients, and ensure all applications comply with the latest immigration regulations. You must be confident in your knowledge, assertive in client consultations, and able to navigate complex immigration issues with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Respond to client inquiries regarding employment, study, and immigration pathways to Canada.
Provide clear, confident guidance on various immigration programs, including Work Permits, LMIA, Temporary Residence, Skilled Worker programs, Permanent Residence, Family Sponsorship, and Citizenship.
Advise clients on the most effective immigration strategies based on their needs.
Conduct professional consultations with prospective clients, confidently assess their immigration options, and effectively convert consultations into retained clients by building trust, demonstrating expertise, and providing strategic immigration solutions.

Application Preparation:

Independently prepare and submit immigration applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the latest laws and policies.
Stay up-to-date on immigration laws and policies to provide clients with accurate, timely, and actionable information.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all applications and client interactions comply with the processes, guidelines, and policies set by IRCC and ICCRC.
Maintain client confidentiality and manage records in line with IRCC guidelines.

Client Communication:

Maintain professional and responsive communication with clients via email, telephone, and WhatsApp.
Provide regular updates on application progress and address client queries promptly.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with internal team members, management, and external partners.
Continuously assess and recommend improvements to workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.

Case Management:

Utilize case management systems to track client applications and ensure timely progress.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent post-secondary credentials.
Proficiency in French or Spanish (an asset but not required).
2+ years of experience in immigration consulting, with a strong record of handling diverse cases.
Experience working with complex immigration cases and a high level of client service.

Required Qualifications:

Valid RCIC license and in good standing.
Completed post-secondary education.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Confidence to work independently, make decisions, and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Strong ethical standards and unwavering commitment to client success.
