Eligibility Requirement (Important)

Early Childhood Educator ONLY.

We are currently hiring for an ECE(Early childhood Educator) position.

We are not accepting applications for ECEA (Assistant) positions at this time.

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires strong communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a genuine love for working with children. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in English, with experience in special education or working with children with disabilities, are highly encouraged to apply. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while developing professionally within a supportive environment.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regularly.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that support curriculum goals and address individual needs.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and other relevant documentation.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Incorporate technology and computer-based tools to enhance learning experiences when appropriate.
Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and conflict resolution strategies.
Participate in ongoing professional development sessions related to early childhood education best practices.

Skills

Proficiency in English.
Demonstrated experience in childcare, teaching, or early childhood education settings.
Knowledge of special education principles and working with children with disabilities is preferred.
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities, documentation, and time efficiently.
Ability to lead classroom activities confidently while maintaining a nurturing environment.
Computer skills including basic operation of educational software and recordkeeping tools.
Exceptional time management skills to balance lesson planning, student engagement, and administrative tasks.
