Full job description

As a Human Resource Manager at Concord Hospitality, you will oversee and support all HR operations to ensure a positive workplace culture, compliance with company standards, and an exceptional associate experience. Your leadership in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and policy administration will play a key role in the success of the hotel and its associates.

As a Concord Leader you will be responsible to:

Care for your team and their families.

Responsibilities:

Administer, direct, and oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, processing, and onboarding qualified applicants for all positions.
Monitor and maintain performance appraisal systems, ensure accurate record keeping, and support individual and group counseling initiatives.
Oversee benefits administration, internal communication, and wage and salary administration.
Ensure compliance with all established personnel policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
Partner with the management team and support the General Manager as needed in HR-related functions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Previous Human Resources management experience preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and support organizational goals.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
