Job Description
Join our team in the manufacturing of medical devices where precision and efficiency are key. This role involves working collaboratively on a production line with a focus on assembling units using small hand tools and adhering to written English instructions. You will be trained across 12 stations over 2-3 months and may occasionally work alone. Be prepared for a fast-paced environment where teamwork is crucial to avoid bottlenecks.

Responsibilities
-
Collaborate with team members to complete production orders efficiently.

Assemble units using small hand tools following written English instructions.

Rotate through 12 stations during the training period.

Maintain a fast-paced work ethic to ensure smooth production line flow.

Work in a cleanroom environment as needed, standing throughout the shift.

Label products, seal packaging pouches, and perform other tasks in the cleanroom.

Essential Skills
-
1 year of experience in a fast-paced production line.

Proficiency in using small hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.

Ability to do both electrical and mechanical assembly

Ability to work with small pieces and parts during assembly.

Ability to stand throughout the shift.

Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally.

Basic computer skills.
