Production Associate / Manufacturing Labourer

Aerotek is currently hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in the Fraser Valley. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating production equipment and machinery

Loading materials onto production lines
-
Performing quality inspections on finished products
-
Packaging, stacking, and preparing products for shipment

Following production schedules and safety procedures
-
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
-
Assisting with general labour and manufacturing tasks as required
Available Shifts
Several shifts are available, including:

Afternoon Shift

Qualifications
-
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, landscaping, or general labour experience is considered an asset
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks

Reliable transportation to and from work

Strong attendance and work ethic
-
Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment
