As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Mobile Refrigeration (Reefer) Technician to join our Newfoundland team and help keep essential goods moving safely and reliably.

What You'll Do:
As a Mobile Refrigeration Technician, you'll be on the front lines supporting customers and keeping temperature-controlled equipment operating at its best. Your day-to-day will include:
- Inspecting, servicing, and repairing reefers on trailers, containers, and gensets
- Diagnosing cooling, electrical, starting, and charging systems, including common fault codes
- Performing component replacements, welding, soldering, and repairing refrigeration leaks
- Following manufacturer specifications for repair and maintenance
- Sourcing and replacing parts as needed
- Upholding all safety and health standards
- Supporting additional team or shop tasks as needed
- Submit service calls daily via internal platforms
- On-Call Rotation

What You Bring:
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys mechanical challenges. The ideal candidate has:
- 1–2 years of reefer or related technical experience
- Electrical/mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair components
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent service
- Own tools and comfort working with technology, inlcuding Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and move, bend and stand frequently during the workday
- Flexibility to participate in after‑hours on-call rotation
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $28/hour, depending on experience and skill level
Schedule:
- 8.5 hour shifts
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On-call evenings, overtime and weekend availability as required/needed.
License/Certification:
- Must have a VALID Canadian driver's license, and maintain a good driver's abstract for insurability.
