Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our busy kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and work stations
Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or servers as needed
Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple orders simultaneously
Adhere to health regulations and ensure compliance with sanitation standards

Experience

Experience required
Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety practices is a plus
Experience in meal preparation, food handling, and serving in a fast-paced setting is advantageous
Knowledge of the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance is desirable
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

This position is integral to delivering exceptional dining experiences through skilled food preparation and teamwork.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
