Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Packaging Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for efficiently packaging products while ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various machinery and tools. The Packaging Operator plays a vital role in maintaining production flow and delivering high-quality finished goods to our clients.

Pay Rate: $19/hour - $20/hour

Shifts: Days 7am - 3pm , Afternoon 3pm - 11pm, Nights 11pm - 7am.( must be flexible to work all shifts)

Responsibilities

Pack finished products efficiently and securely according to company specifications
Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
Assist with assembly of products when required
Operate packaging machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes
Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Collaborate with warehouse staff for inventory management and proper storage of finished goods
Document production activities accurately and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors

Skills

Ability to use calipers, hand tools, and basic math skills for precise measurements and assembly tasks
Knowledge of quality control procedures within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Experience with machining, assembly processes, and the use of various hand tools for packaging tasks
Warehouse experience is a plus for inventory handling and logistics coordination
Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Lifting up to 30lbs-50lbs
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
A valid driver’s license is a plus, but not mandatory.
