Un de nos clients, Les Constructions de Mausolées Carrier Inc.(CMC), est à la recherche d'un( e) chargée de projets ( Construction) dévoué(e) et motivé(e) pour gérer et organiser les projets de construction, de rénovation et d’aménagement de mausolées et d’autres types de constructions projets(Construction). Lieu de travail: 7575 rue Thimens, Montréal, Qc H4S2A2.

vos responsabilités :

Planifier, organiser et structurer les projets afin d’assurer le respect des échéanciers, des objectifs de production, ainsi que des plans et spécifications du contrat;
Assurer la livraison de projets conformes aux plans, devis et exigences de qualité, tout en respectant les délais et les budgets établis;
Coordonner et superviser les travaux des sous‑traitants, en collaboration avec le surintendant en poste;
Gérer l’approvisionnement en matériaux, équipements et outils, ainsi que leur entreposage sécuritaire sur le chantier;
Assurer la conformité et la qualité des travaux, des matériaux et des produits, afin de faciliter la libération des retenues contractuelles et le respect du calendrier des déboursés;
Promouvoir et faire respecter les normes et programmes de santé et de sécurité au travail, et participer activement aux initiatives d’amélioration continue. Décrivez les responsabilités du poste.

Les qualifications recherchées :

Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires en génie civil ou dans un domaine connexe.
Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets industriels ou commerciaux.
Expérience dans la gestion de budgets de plusieurs millions de dollars.
Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques MS Office, incluant MS Project.
Connaissance du logiciel de gestion de projets Procore (atout important).
Excellentes habiletés en relations clients, avec un fort souci de la qualité de finition et de la satisfaction du client.
Bilinguisme français/anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Doit détenir un permis de travail Canadien légal.

One of our clients, Carrier Mausoleums Constructions Inc. (CMC), is seeking a dedicated and motivated Project Manager (Construction) to manage and organize the construction, renovation and layout projects of mausoleums and other types of constructions. Work location;7575 Thimens, Montréal, Qc H4S2A2.

You will be Accountable for:

Plan, organize, and structure projects to ensure compliance with schedules, production targets, and contract plans and specifications;
Ensure the delivery of projects in accordance with plans, quotes, and quality requirements, while meeting established deadlines and budgets;
Coordinate and supervise the work of the subcontractors, in collaboration with the incumbent superintendent;
Manage the supply of materials, equipment, and tools, as well as their safe storage on site;
Ensure the compliance and quality of the work, materials, and products, to facilitate the release of contractual deductions and compliance with the disbursement schedule;
Promote and enforce occupational health and safety standards and programs and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role.

The Qualifications that Count:

College or university studies in civil engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial or commercial project management
Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
Excellent command of MS Office tools, including MS Project
Knowledge of the Procore project management software (an important asset)
Excellent client relations skills, with a strong focus on finishing quality and customer satisfaction
French/English bilingualism, both orally and in writing
Must hold a legal Canadian work permit.
