Full job description

The Role: You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. We’re looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, loves creating craft and classic cocktails, and enjoys interacting with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to recipes and company standards.
Create and recommend drinks in accordance with the restaurant’s concept and standards
Greet and engage customers in a professional, warm and welcoming manner.
Take drink and food orders, process payments and manage end-of-shift cashier report accurately.
Use upselling techniques for upgrades or additional services to maximize revenues.
Maintain a clean, organized and stocked bar area and liquor stock area at all times.
Follow all alcohol service regulations and company policies.
Monitor guest behavior to prevent overconsumption and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment.
Replenish bar inventory as glassware, spirits, garnishes and track stock levels
Ensure that bar setup and closing duties are completed in accordance with company standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced setting
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine
Ability to work full-time, including evenings or day shift, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible Smart Serve Certification is mandatory
Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 25lbs
A positive attitude and team-player mentality
