IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR Sales (Security Guard Services) within Burlington Ontario preferred

About Us:

Baig Secured is a Canadian security company providing a complete spectrum of private security, investigations, and consultant services.

Specializing in providing professionally trained uniformed Security Guards, Mobile Patrol, Private investigators, and Loss Prevention Services.

Baig Security is currently hiring for Sales for our Security Service business line. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management of all issues in your assigned account portfolio with a focus on delivering a high level of service. You will be a liaison for clients, team members, and internal operations and act as the primary point of contact for client service, employee performance, and incident escalation.!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to create awareness in the community regarding services
Providing a great customer experience while keeping customer information confidential
Working with a dedicated and passionate team who will assist you and work alongside you to provide a best-in-class customer experience!

Qualifications:

Comfortable with cold calling
Passionate for customer service
Strong work ethic
A positive attitude
Must be able to work independently and be great at multitasking!

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work part-time
Previous customer service/sales/call center experience preferred

Sales Qualifications:

Previous professional experience in the Security industry is a definite asset
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Valid Ontario Security Guard License is a definite asset
Valid Driver License
Valid First Aid/ CPR
Bondable
