Our Ideal Candidate
Allnorth is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist to lead the development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals that support business growth across the organization. Working closely with technical teams, business development, finance, and leadership, you will play a key role in managing strategic pursuits and delivering polished, client-focused submissions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where balancing multiple deadlines and priorities is part of the day-to-day.
A Day in the Life
- Lead and coordinate proposal submissions, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Manage the proposal lifecycle from planning and kickoff through final submission
- Review bid documents to identify requirements, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to develop compelling submissions
- Write, edit, and refine proposal content for clarity, quality, and consistency
- Support proposal templates, branding, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- 5–8+ years of proposal development, bid management, or related experience
- Experience within engineering, consulting, or professional services environments preferred
- Strong writing, editing, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience with Adobe InDesign or similar tools considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience using AI tools to support content development and research is considered an asset
