Job Description
Lead the strategic design development and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Pardot Marketing Cloud Intelligence Datorama Marketing Cloud Personalization Interaction Studio and Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions Collaborate with marketing sales and IT teams to optimize customer engagement and sales processes using Salesforce platforms Utilize datadriven insights from Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence and Personalization to enhance marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle management Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable and innovative Salesforce marketing and sales solutions Stay current with Salesforce platform updates emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve solution capabilities Provide thought leadership in aligning Salesforce marketing cloud technologies with overall business objectives to drive growth and customer retention
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Sales Cloud projects ensuring timely and highquality delivery Develop and oversee marketing automation workflows lead scoring models and customer segmentation strategies Provide expert guidance and mentorship to crossfunctional teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence Personalization and Sales Cloud tools Collaborate closely with IT marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Salesforce platforms Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to business users to maximize platform utilization Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience Drive adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud B2C features to enhance customer engagement and retention

Benefits
Compensation range: $124,000.00 to $154,000.00 per year
