ABOUT BREWCO
Brewco is where comfort meets craft in a way that simply feels right. We’re a food-first, beer-proud kitchen built around bold flavours, familiar favourites, and an atmosphere that’s warm, lively, and easy to settle into. From fried chicken and scratch-made pizzas to thoughtful brews poured with intention, everything here is designed to click together the moment you walk in. We believe great food should feel comforting, great beer should feel natural, and the whole experience should feel like exactly where you want to be. That’s Brewco... the place that feels right, from the first hello.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Behind the bar, you set the tone. As a Bartender, you’re equal parts host, craftsperson, and guide. Reporting to the General Manager, the bartender is responsible for creating an experience that feels effortless but is built on intention—every pour, every interaction, every detail considered. You understand that great beer deserves the right glass, great food deserves the right pairing, and great guests deserve to feel seen the moment they walk in.
You move with confidence, connect with ease, and bring a sense of rhythm to the room. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their craft and finds energy in creating moments people come back for.
