Responsibilities
- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned to business requirements.
- Build and optimize data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses (ETL/ELT).
- Define data govern ance standards covering quality, lineage, metadata, retention, and access controls.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
- Establish architectural standards across legacy and modern/cloud platforms.
- Support AI/ML and LLM-enabled data solutions (MLOps/LLMOps practices).
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers.
- Drive data strategy across reporting, risk, finance, and operations domains.
Technical Skills
Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Apache Airflow, Tableau, Power BI, Collibra, SQL, Python, AWS/Azure/GCP
Qualifications
- years in data architecture, integration, governance, and strategy.
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
- Familiarity with data mesh, knowledge graphs, and Medallion architecture.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
