Notre client, dans la vente au détail, est à la recherche d'un(e) Designer graphique mode pour joindre son équipe. Tu souhaites travailler dans une entreprise bien établie, ce poste est pour toi!

Temps plein (37.5h à 40h par semaine). Permanent.

Responsabilités

Élaborer des dossiers techniques graphiques détaillés, incluant des croquis précis réalisés sur Adobe Illustrator ainsi que les éléments techniques (trims) ;
Préparer l’ensemble des fichiers graphiques de production et les fiches techniques nécessaires à la fabrication ;
Concevoir des dessins assistés par ordinateur (CAD) adaptés aux exigences spécifiques des clients ;
Démontrer une solide compréhension de la construction de vêtements dans différentes catégories telles que le jersey, le molleton et le denim ;
S’adapter aux priorités changeantes tout en respectant les échéanciers établis ;
Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires afin d’assurer l’alignement avec les stratégies et objectifs d’affaires ;
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’ajustement et techniques pour garantir l’intégrité du design et la qualité du produit, du développement jusqu’à la production.

Exigences

Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ;
Diplôme en design de mode et/ou design graphique ;
Bilinguisme français et anglais puisque l'environnement de travail est majoritairement anglophone (80%) ;
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et bonne organisation ;
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome avec peu de supervision ;
Aisance à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et rapide ;
Bonne gestion du temps et capacité à travailler sous pression avec plusieurs priorités ;
Esprit d’équipe et collaboration positive ;
Bonne connaissance des techniques de finition, des tissus et des accessoires (trims) ;
Maîtrise avancée d’Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop et Microsoft Office sur environnement Mac ;
Flexibilité, curiosité et grande capacité d’apprentissage rapide.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities;
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Strong time management skills and ability to perform under pressure while handling multiple priorities;
Team-oriented mindset with a positive approach to collaboration;
Solid knowledge of finishing techniques, fabrics, and trims;
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office on Mac environment;
Flexibility, curiosity, and strong ability to learn quickly.
