Full job description

Our client, located in the East end, is seeking a Delivery Driver to support their peak season operations. A valid G‑Class License, a clean Criminal Record Check, and a clean Driver’s Abstract are mandatory for consideration. While this role is seasonal, there is potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Required skills and qualifications:

No previous delivery experience required — strong work ethic, attitude, and reliability are the top priorities
Prior labour experience is required, as the role is physically demanding
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
Valid G‑Class driver’s license with a clean abstract
Ideally 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes
Forklift certification is considered an asset
Comfortable working overtime when necessary (traffic delays, extended routes)
Flexible with break times (lunch may not occur at the same time each day)
Resourceful, independent problem‑solver

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Operate a pickup truck (Ford Super Duty or Ram 4500)
May operate the truck with a trailer for short‑distance deliveries in the future
Travel approximately 80 km per day, typically within the Perth/Hawkesbury region
Deliver flashing to client sites, primarily residential homes
Load and unload the truck as required
Complete two delivery runs per day, averaging 5–8 drops per run
Place product safely out of harm’s way at each drop location
Take photos of each drop for documentation
Carry and balance bundles on your shoulder to move them to the designated drop area
Assist in the warehouse/shop when not on delivery runs
Work in all weather conditions
Perform other duties as assigned

Wage: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
