Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for crafting high-impact paid search campaigns? Absorb is looking for a strategic Performance Marketing Manager to help fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll take the lead on developing and executing best-in-class search strategies across multiple platforms, driving measurable results and continuous optimization. Working closely with a talented, collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our digital strategy and achieving ambitious growth goals. What you’ll do:

Architect & Execute Paid Search Strategies: Design and implement sophisticated paid search strategies that align with our offerings and support overall marketing and revenue objectives.
Campaign Management & Optimization: Drive daily management of search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and emerging platforms, leveraging advanced testing methodologies and analytics to maximize ROI and quality lead generation.
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Translate complex data into actionable insights using advanced analytics tools to continually refine keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page performance.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with content, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless customer journeys from search to conversion, amplifying brand impact.
Budget Stewardship: Strategically allocate and optimize search marketing investments across channels, identifying opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
Executive Reporting & Strategy: Deliver concise, insight-driven performance reports to leadership, highlighting growth opportunities and providing data-backed recommendations for strategic decisions.
Innovation & Competitive Edge: Stay at the forefront of search marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitive strategies to continuously evolve our approach in the dynamic LMS landscape.

What you’ll bring:

Proven Search Marketing Expertise: 10+ years of hands-on experience managing sophisticated paid search campaigns, with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Exceptional analytical skills and fluency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and performance tracking tools to inform strategic decisions.
Strategic Vision & Tactical Excellence: Ability to develop comprehensive search strategies while executing precise tactical initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of automation, A/B testing methodologies, and sophisticated bidding strategies. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integration is highly valued.
Collaborative Leadership: Outstanding communication and influence skills to effectively partner across departments, translating complex search insights into compelling business strategies.
Adaptive Problem Solving: Proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Growth Mindset: Passionate about continuous improvement, with a relentless focus on optimizing performance metrics and staying ahead of industry developments.
