We’re looking for an Electromechanical Technician to play a key role in assembling, integrating, and supporting sophisticated simulator systems—both in a modern integration facility and occasionally at customer sites. You’ll work alongside talented engineering and integration teams while gaining exposure to innovative technologies and meaningful growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:

Assemble advanced simulator systems with a focus on electrical, controls, IT, and mechanical components

Build and install electrical harnesses, connectors, and control panels

Perform mechanical and hydraulic assembly using a variety of tools

Interpret and work from CAD drawings and technical documentation

Support field repairs and on-site integration, as required

Troubleshoot electromechanical systems and contribute to continuous improvement

Collaborate closely with Systems Engineering, Mechanical Design, Electrical Design, and Software Integration teams
Requirements
-
2–3 years of hands-on mechanical assembly experience

2–3 years working with electrical harnesses and control panels

Experience with connector assembly and crimping

Strong comfort using mechanical tools

Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings

Comfortable working independently with a high level of autonomy

Willingness and ability to travel occasionally

Ability to obtain Reliability Status and NATO Secret clearance
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience assembling control cabinets

Exposure to CAE systems or simulators

Aerospace or defense industry experience

- Environment: Start‑up style, hands-on warehouse where simulators are built from the ground up

Schedule: Ideal hours are 8:00–5:00 (core hours 9:00–3:00); flexibility required to meet project deadlines

Travel: Openness to travel to Singapore and U.S. military bases is required
