Full job description

We are an award-winning local property management company based in St. John’s, NL and we are currently looking to expand our cleaning team. If you are energetic, caring, and have an attention to detail we are interested in talking to you. This position primarily focuses on cleaning our Airbnb client houses, but occasionally will include move-out cleans.

In the upcoming weeks/months we will be hiring cleaners for part-time and full-time

positions that may be permanent or seasonal.

Cleaner Requirements:

- Reside within Metro St. John's

- Own a mobile telephone

- Possess a valid drivers license & clean drivers abstract

- Have incredible attention to detail

- Be able to work independently

- Eligible to work in Canada

- Excellent time management

- Take pride in your work

- Must know how to clean – previous experience in cleaning residential, housekeeping or hotel (At lease one year preferred)

- Have the ability to understand verbal and written instructions.

- Ability to stand, sit, and stoop for long periods.

- Be trustworthy and dependable.

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.

Cleaner Responsibilities:

● Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, and

windows.

● Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface.

● Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom.

● Making beds neatly and occasionally ironing bed linens.

● Ensuring the house and all cabinets and drawers are clean, organized, and tidy.

● Ensuring outdoor areas are clean and tidy.

● Checking supplies and restocking or notifying the proper manager that more is needed.

● Inspecting houses for damage.

Other Considerations:

● Company vehicle or personal vehicle allowance provided

● Cleaners and cleaning supplies provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
