Hiring: Concrete Finisher – Join Our Skilled Team

Company: Premo Concrete Ltd.
Location: Edmonton, AB
Position: Seasonal Full-Time
Wage: Based on experience

Premo Concrete Ltd. is a residential and commercial concrete flatwork company specializing in prep, placement, and finishing for new construction and restoration projects. Our work includes basements, garages, driveways, decorative concrete, sidewalks, and commercial exterior flatwork.

We are currently looking for 1 skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team.

We want someone who:

Has a strong work ethic
Shows up on time and ready to work
Has a positive attitude
Works well with the crew and takes pride in doing quality work
Is reliable, respectful, and versatile
Is willing to help with prep work when needed, not just finishing

This is not the right job for someone who is lazy, unreliable, constantly late, or unwilling to be a team player. If that sounds like you, do not apply.

Requirements & Qualifications

Valid driver’s license
Must have transportation to the shop
A company vehicle may be available for the right candidate
Pickup may be possible depending on location
Must have experience in placing (screeding) and finishing concrete, including:
Power trowel finishing for basement floors or larger slabs
Hand wiping garage floors
Exterior finishing such as broom, exposed aggregate, and stamped concrete
Form setting experience is a strong asset, including:
Driveways
Front entrances
Walkways
Garage pads
Must be willing to assist with concrete prep and other site tasks when required

Skilled Form Setters
Skid Steer Operators
Junior Finishers and experienced concrete labourers may also be considered
LMIA applicants would be considered as long as you are an in concrete
Pay will be based on experience and skill level
