Job Summary:
The Motorclothes Sales role is the foundation of our success in our Motorclothes department. Motorclothes Sales are experts in creating world-class customer service and guest experience in our dealerships. They are responsible for engaging and connecting with our guests, sharing top-quality product education, and speaking authentically about our community and culture.
The job:
- Ensure the Barnes Harley-Davidson brand is maintained through exceptional customer service and continued focus on improving the in-store customer experience
- Assist customers by inquiring, listening, and recommending merchandise based on their needs
- Maintain expert knowledge of our product by consistently seeking out training and sharing new trends and product knowledge with customers
- Assist in product training for other staff members as needed
- Help with operational and marketing-related activities on an ongoing basis, such as requesting and swapping signage, offering information on inventory, and supplying customer feedback
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise stock, and displays

The requirements:
- Education or experience in merchandising or retail sales preferred
- Experience with point-of-sale and computerized inventory systems preferred
- Commitment to our core values, an amazing work ethic, and self-improvement

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with various computer systems
- Skilled in problem solving, time management, organization, and prioritization

- Able and willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
