Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
Reporting to the Brand Strategy Manager, the Brand Campaign Advisor helps drive belairdirect’s brand growth and business goals by supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated national marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital channels.The ideal candidate is an organized, collaborative, and creative marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities at once. This person brings a strong understanding of brand marketing and advertising production, and can translate strategy into high-quality, effective campaigns.
Working closely with agency partners, media teams, internal stakeholders, and the internal creative studio, the Brand Campaign Advisor oversees day-to-day campaign management from briefing through final asset delivery, ensuring brand consistency and high standards of quality across all customer touchpoints. This role also supports campaign performance tracking, project coordination, and the ongoing optimization of marketing initiatives to advance both brand and business growth.
What you'll do here:
- Coordinate the development and execution of integrated national marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.

Collaborate with creative agencies, media agencies, and the internal creative studio to develop campaigns and creative assets aligned with the belairdirect brand strategy.

Manage campaign projects end-to-end, including briefing, timelines, production follow-ups, approvals, and final asset delivery.

Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns, communications, and initiatives under their responsibility.

Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with business objectives, marketing priorities, and go-to-market strategies.

Contribute to marketing planning and recommend optimization opportunities based on campaign results, consumer insights, and market trends.

Monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient and rigorous execution.

Support campaign performance tracking and analysis in collaboration with media, analytics, and marketing teams.

Coordinate the review and approval process for marketing content and creative assets with internal and external partners.

Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or campaign management, including integrated campaign delivery and creative production coordination.

Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Strong knowledge of integrated campaigns (traditional + digital), media, and creative/production processes; enjoys partnering with creative teams and agencies.

Comfortable in fast-paced environments, able to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality execution.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; effective with cross-functional teams.

Curious and solutions-oriented, with a continuous-improvement mindset.

Able to manage budgets, timelines, and complex project coordination; analytical and results-driven.

Experience working with creative agencies, media agencies, or an in-house creative studio.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, consumer behavior, and marketing best practices.

Corporate or national organization experience is an asset.

For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
