About The Opportunity-
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, and related departments to elicit and prioritize business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Write clear, concise user stories with well?defined acceptance criteria.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and development team deliverables.
- Break down high?level requirements into actionable tasks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand?ups, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure business goals are met.
- Partner with ServiceNow developers to design and validate solutions.
- Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with best practices.
- Coordinate and participate in testing activities, including test plan and script development.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Provide training and support to end?users as needed.
- Automate major ServiceNow modules using the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
About You
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceNow (HRSD as primary, ITSM as secondary).
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly HR, IT, and security incident response modules.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent problem?solving skills, communication abilities, and collaborative mindset.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow Agile 2.0.
Pay Range
$87.58 - $97.58/hr
