Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist supports the growth of Lorex’s B2B business and the Lorex Partner Program by executing marketing campaigns, maintaining B2B website content, supporting partner communications, and assisting with marketing tools and reporting.
This role provides exposure to multiple areas of B2B marketing, including digital campaigns, partner marketing, Martech, competitive monitoring, and content development. The position works closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to support marketing initiatives for installers, dealers, and professional partners.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing and serves as a key driver of B2B business development. Working in tandem with the B2B Channel Marketing Manager, the position ensures integrated marketing efforts across our key business channels for B2B.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Website & Content Management
- Develop and maintain content on the B2B website (pro.lorex.com), including product pages, solution pages, and partner resources.
- Review the website regularly to ensure content is current and aligned with active programs and campaigns.
- Identify outdated content, broken links, or obsolete messaging and coordinate updates with internal teams.
- Write and edit product descriptions, solution pages, and B2B-focused articles.
- Supports as needed to create marketing visuals and digital assets using design tools such as Photoshop or similar platforms.
Channel & Partner Marketing Support
- Support marketing initiatives for the Lorex Partner Program and the broader B2B ecosystem.
- Assist with organizing and managing partner segments including:
- Professional Installers
- SMB/E Dealers
- Solutions Partners
- Help identify partner user journeys to support targeted campaigns based on purchase frequency, industry, partner segment, and engagement levels.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns tailored to specific partner groups.
- Support updates to catalogues, presentations, and marketing materials with partner co-branding.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and execute marketing campaigns through email and SMS platforms.
- Support lifecycle marketing campaigns including:
- Onboarding campaigns for new partners
- Engagement campaigns for active partners
- Reactivation campaigns for inactive partners
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and campaign optimization.
Loyalty & Promotional Programs
- Support implementation and management of the Loyalty program for B2B partners.
- Assist with planning and executing partner promotions and campaign incentives.
- Monitor competitor loyalty programs and promotional strategies to support campaign benchmarking.
Competitive Monitoring & Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor websites and marketplaces to track changes in: product launches, pricing, promotions, and messaging
- Maintain reporting on competitive activity and market trends.
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Support development and management of B2B-focused social media content targeting installers, dealers, and professional partners.
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop content that engages the professional security community.
Lead Generation Tools
- Support the use of lead generation and prospecting platforms such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Uplead.
- Assist with prospect list development and support campaigns focused on partner acquisition.
AI & Marketing Technology
- Assist with implementation of AI and automation tools that support marketing campaigns, partner engagement, and internal workflows.
- Support documentation and training resources related to marketing tools.
- Gather feedback and insights following new tool implementations.
Campaigns, Projects & Events
- Support marketing projects including campaign launches, partner initiatives, and trade show preparation.
- Assist with event campaigns before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate timelines, marketing assets, and communication across internal teams.
- Track campaign results including leads, engagement, and partner activity.
Marketing Reporting & Analytics
- Run reports from CRM and marketing platforms to track campaign performance and partner engagement.
- Analyze campaign data and contribute insights to improve marketing performance.
Qualifications
+Required
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Experience managing website content through a content management system
- Strong written communication skills for marketing content
- Experience with design tools such as Photoshop or similar platforms
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Analytical mindset with experience reviewing campaign performance data
- Experience using AI tools in a professional environment
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting B2B or technology marketing initiatives
- Experience with email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Understanding of SEO and website analytics
- Experience supporting marketing events or trade shows
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Uplead

- The B2B Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing initiatives that help grow the Lorex partner ecosystem, strengthen engagement with installers and dealers, and maintain the digital marketing infrastructure supporting the B2B business.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
