About this opportunity
Reporting to our Senior Consultants, you will build your engineering knowledge base to become a Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager. You will be expected to progress rapidly, and given a high degree of responsibility and autonomy to support project delivery to our industrial customer base, including food & beverage, forestry products and manufacturing sectors.
Applying your technical and problem solving expertise, you will support:
- Energy, utility and resource conservation studies and projects.
- Process optimization and loss reduction initiatives.
- P&IDs, CAD drawings and project documentation generation.
- Energy Management Information System (EMIS) software integration.
- Lean Manufacturing software deployment and integration.
Location
Remote work and customer sites, reporting into our Toronto Office.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and strive to exceed client expectations.
- A desire to gain deep technical knowledge relating to industrial energy, resource conservation and process optimization.
- Ability to confidently communicate technical information effectively to various audiences in presentations and your technical report writing, planning and organizational skills are excellent.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with limited available technical information is a must.
- Familiarity with industrial engineering processes is beneficial.
- Excellent PC skills, especially MS Excel, with software development beneficial.
