Role Description: The Warehouse Associate has a key role in ensuring that products are received, verified, stored, and transported to the sales floor or in the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. Associates are also responsible for keeping the warehouse neat, tidy, and well maintained. This position is very physical and includes a lot of lifting and carrying, as well as a high level of comfort with technology and processing systems. Starting wage range: $19.00 - $20.00.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

Maintaining a clean & tidy warehouse.
Responding to and handling customer and staff inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner.
Perform customer carry outs of heavy/bulky product.
Receives, scans, verifies, and stores all incoming and overstock products according to established procedures and policies.
Prepares merchandise for filing, sorts and fills merchandise carts for the retail floor.
Picks all warehouse product through our Proactive System to fill retail floor.
100% accuracy in following procedures for locating and de-locating products in the warehouse.
Responsible for garbage disposal, cardboard recycling, and the disposal of broken products in accordance with store policy.
Responsible for the safe operation of all warehouse equipment (forklift, skyjack, wave machine etc.).
Abides by all health and safety programs and regulations.
