Job Description
Under the direction of the General Manager, we are looking for a Bartender who will be accountable for creating memorable guests’ experiences, bringing energy and personality to every interaction, and crafting delicious classic and signature drinks.

What you will be doing:

creating a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service;
providing guest with food & beverage suggestions, while taking in consideration preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions;
promptly receive drink order chits and prepare beverages;
communicating beverage descriptions, special and information to guests and team members;
stocking and maintaining all bar products including mise en place;
checking and maintaining beer keg and liquor levels;
counting and taking inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist manager with inventory ordering;
other similar duties as assigned from time to time.

The person we are looking for has:

a valid Smart Serve Certification;
strong classic cocktail knowledge;
experience working in a high-end, luxury environment is considered an asset;
the ability to work effectively alone;
passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service;
strong communication skills;
the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
