Telemarketing & Customer Experience Representative

This role is responsible for handling customer follow-up calls, lead follow-up, customer service outreach, and gathering customer feedback. This position plays an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction, generating opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of the company.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, personable, and comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day, while also being proficient with computers, data entry, and customer information management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Follow-Up & Relationship Management

Follow up with incoming leads and past customers
Contact customers regarding services, appointments, and satisfaction
Build positive relationships with customers and represent the company professionally
Maintain a friendly and helpful customer experience on every call

Customer Feedback & Service Program

Conduct customer satisfaction and feedback calls
Request customer reviews and testimonials
Support customer retention and referral initiatives
Help identify opportunities for improving customer experience

Administrative, Data Management & Communication Support

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and call notes
Input and manage data within CRM or company systems
Communicate customer concerns or opportunities to management
Assist with general office phone communication and follow-up tasks
Strong computer skills required (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, data entry)

Hours & Working Environment:

Part-time position (12 hours per week)
Scheduled during business hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
In-office position (Windsor location)
Flexible scheduling within operating hours
Opportunity for work-from-home flexibility in the future
Hourly Wage: $20/hour

Qualifications:

Previous telemarketing, customer service, or phone sales experience required
Excellent verbal communication skills
Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
Strong customer service mindset
Organized and dependable
Comfortable making outbound calls
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
Strong computer literacy and ability to manage customer data accurately

Preferred Experience:

Experience in home services, restoration, construction, or related industries is an asset
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
CRM or customer database experience is considered an asset
