To strengthen our leadership and systems, we are seeking a treatment plan coordinator who will oversee patient care from an administrative and financial stand point. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to contribute to the growth of a professional healthcare team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and highly organized Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our dental team. This key role serves as the liaison between the doctor, clinical team, and patients, ensuring that recommended treatment is clearly communicated, financially understood, and confidently scheduled.

The Treatment Plan Coordinator is responsible for presenting treatment plans, reviewing insurance benefits, discussing financial arrangements, and guiding patients through the decision-making process with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is comfortable discussing fees and financing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Review schedule bookings for patient care with dentists.
Review treatment plans with patients.
Provide accurate insurance information and payment plan options to patients.
Monitor patient payment arrangements and collections in coordination with our AR team.
Ensure highest level of care is provided to patients

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a dental office administrator.
Knowledge of dental insurance processes and reception desk best practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience with dental practice software (ClearDent)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00-$45.00 per hour
