penney murphy & associates is a boutique counselling & wellbeing clinic that has been part of the Saskatoon community for over 20 years. We’ve recently relocated to a calm, beautifully designed new space in the Stonebridge area— and we’ve built a team and a culture that genuinely reflects what we believe: that there’s a real difference between just getting through life and truly living well.
We help our clients live their best lives by successfully moving through the challenges they are currently facing with confidence & clarity, while guiding them toward a life that feels calmer, happier & more fullfilling. Summary
We are currently looking for a fulltime Registered Psychologist or a Masters Level Social Worker to join our private practice team in Saskatoon.

You’re an experienced and established clinician who values depth, authenticity, and self-awareness. You care deeply about your work—and you’re looking to be part of a team that is supportive, engaged, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.
You are:
- A Registered Psychologist, Registered Provisional Psychologist with an external supervisor or a Registered Social Worker (MSW), in good standing with your College or professional association, with current liability insurance
- You are an established practitioner — ideally with an existing caseload and a working knowledge of building & sustaining a private practice caseload. Familiarity with Jane App is an asset
- You have training and experience in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), IFS, Somatic, DBT and/or other integrative, client-centred modalities—and you’re passionate about continuing to grow your clinical skills.
- You understand the importance of helping your clients to create a sense of wellbeing in themselves & their lives — and honouring yourown wellbeing as an essential part of the work.
- You are committed to your own personal growth and self-reflection, and have engaged in your own inner work through therapy, consultation, or ongoing professional development.
- You value connection, collaboration, and community—and want to contribute to a team that truly enjoys working together.

- Full admin support 6 days a week — client communication, Jane App scheduling, billing, payment processing & 3rd party invoicing

Our supervision sessions are facilitated by our Clinical Supervisor. A delicious lunch is provided — we celebrate, problem-solve & learn together

You deserve to be compensated well for your great work
As a fulltime Independent Contractor with freedom & flexibility, you would offer a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
- Set your own hours.
- Bring your caseload with you and continue to grow with us.
- No compromise on support — you do your great work and we take care of everything else.
We offer a Compensation rate ranging from $100 – $150 per session.
Compensation reflects education, designation, experience, and scope of practice.
If you offer Psychological Assessments or Group Counselling you would have the opportunity for additional income streams.
If you are an established practitioner bringing an existing caseload and looking for a fulltime position with an annual salary & the stability and security that an employee position offers – we’re open to the right arrangement for the right person.
