Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un ingénieur processus et performance pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein du département Excellence opérationnelle, Manufacturing Engineering, basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez à l'optimisation de la performance industrielle de l’A220.
Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Ingénieur processus et performance chargée de l'amélioration continue et de l'efficacité opérationnelle. L'équipe pilote la feuille de route ( roadmap ) d'amélioration et assure le suivi de la performance industrielle transverse (aléas, efficacité, CVAT, rate readiness , etc.).
L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant qu'ingénieur processus et performance sera de piloter l'analyse de performance, l'équilibrage de ligne (SLB) et les feuilles de route d'amélioration pour optimiser la production de série.

Vos défis :
Évaluer et optimiser la performance industrielle transverse à l'aide d'indicateurs clés (ex. : efficacité, rythme de production, temps de cycle, etc.);
Concevoir et maintenir les équilibrages de ligne standard (SLB) pour toutes les configurations de production;
Générer et publier les équilibrages finaux pour chaque avion en production;
Réaliser des analyses de cause racine (ex. : Pareto) pour les aléas et les goulots d'étranglement;
Proposer des plans d'action concrets et mesurables pour améliorer l'efficacité des processus;
Documenter et gérer les contraintes opérationnelles par poste afin d'optimiser la planification;
Piloter la feuille de route d'amélioration et les initiatives REX (retour d'expérience) avec l'équipe MFT Méthodes;
Assurer le lien avec les postes amont et aval et être le point de contact avec l'EAP (Équipe autonome de production).
Votre profil :
Vous détenez un diplôme en génie industriel ou dans une discipline connexe (ou une expérience équivalente) ;
Vous possédez une expérience professionnelle solide dans un environnement industriel, de préférence manufacturier ou aéronautique (minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience requis) ;
Vous maîtrisez les concepts de performance industrielle, d'analyse de temps et d'équilibrage de lignes (SLB) ;
Vous avez une expertise démontrée dans la modélisation de flux de production (PERT) et les méthodes d'analyse de cause racine (Pareto) ;
Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'un esprit de synthèse et de proactivité ;
Vous avez la capacité de travailler en autonomie et d'interagir efficacement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (production, qualité, finance, méthodes, ingénierie) ;
Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais.

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Process and Performance Engineer to join our team within the Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering department based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work on optimizing the industrial performance of the A220.
You will be part of the Process and Performance Engineer team responsible for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. The team leads the Improvement Roadmap and monitors transverse industrial performance (Hazards, Efficiency, CVAT, Rate readiness, etc.).
The team organization is set up to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as a Process and Performance Engineer will be to lead the performance analysis, line balancing (SLB), and improvement roadmaps to optimize series production.

Your challenges:
Evaluate and optimize transverse industrial performance using key indicators (e.g., efficiency, production rate, cycle time, etc.);
Design and maintain Standard Line Balancing (SLB) for all production configurations;
Generate and publish the final balancing for each aircraft in production;
Perform root cause analyses (e.g., Pareto) for hazards and bottlenecks;
Propose concrete and measurable action plans to improve process efficiency;
Document and manage operational constraints per workstation to optimize planning;
Lead the improvement roadmap and REX (Return of Experience) initiatives with the Manufacturing Engineering MFT team;
Ensure the link with upstream and downstream workstations and be the point of contact with the EAP (Autonomous Production Team).
Your profile:
You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience);
You have solid professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace (minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience required);
You are proficient in industrial performance concepts, time analysis, and line balancing (SLB);
You have demonstrated expertise in production flow modeling (PERT) and root cause analysis methods (Pareto);
You are rigorous, proactive, and possess strong analytical and synthesis skills;
You are able to work independently and interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams (production, quality, finance, methods, engineering);
You are proficient in French and English.
