Nous recherchons un technicien comptable

Tes défis

Le poste de technicien comptable est un nouveau poste puisque notre cabinet continue de croître. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent, dont le travail s’effectue dans nos bureaux à Pointe-Claire, avec une charge de travail variable en fonction de la période de l'année, compte tenu de la saisonnalité de notre entreprise. Nous offrons une rémunération compétitive et un excellent équilibre entre le travail et la vie personnelle.

Au cours d’une semaine de travail, tu seras appelé(e) à effectuer, sans t’y limiter, les tâches suivantes :

- Tenue de livres de clients dans divers domaines d’activités

- Interaction régulière avec les clients (par téléphone, courriel et en personne)

- Assistance aux clients avec diverses tâches de fin de période et avec les fonctionnalités de leur système comptable

- Assistance aux clients au sujet de questions de taxes à la consommation et de paie

- Communication avec les autorités gouvernementales au nom de nos clients

- Préparation de déclarations de revenus de particuliers

- Suivi des avis de cotisation

Compétences clés

Un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en cabinet comptable en service aux PME

Capacité de travailler sous pression dans un environnement au rythme rapide

Bonne connaissance de la fiscalité canadienne (impôt, taxes à la consommation, paie)

Maîtrise des logiciels Sage 50, QuickBooks, et la connaissance de DT Max est un atout

Compétence dans les applications Microsoft, y compris Word, Excel, ADOBE et Outlook.

Éveillé a la technologie, avec la capacité de maîtriser rapidement de nouveaux logiciels.

Bonnes compétences en gestion du temps avec la capacité de prioriser le travail

Bonne éthique de travail

Capacité de contribuer positivement au sein d'une équipe, en aidant à diverses tâches au besoin

Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais

We are looking for an Accounting Technician

Your challenges

The accounting technician position is a new opening as our firm continues to grow. This is a permanent position, working from our office in Pointe-Claire, with a variable workload depending on the time of the year, given the seasonality of our business. We offer a competitive compensation and a great balance between work and personal life.

During a work week, you will be called upon to perform, but not limited to, the following tasks:

- Bookkeeping for clients in various industries

- Regular contacts with our clients (phone, email, in person)

- Assist clients with month-end tasks and with functionalities of their accounting software

- Assistance to clients with sales tax and payroll matters

- Contact with tax authorities on behalf of our clients

- Preparation of personal income tax returns

-Follow-up on notices of assessment

Key Competencies

At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm serving SMEs

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good knowledge of Canadian taxes (income, sales and payroll taxes)

Proficiency in using Sage 50 and QuickBooks, knowledge of DT Max is an asset

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, ADOBE and Outlook.

Technically savvy, with the ability to grasp new software.

Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize work

Good work ethic

Ability to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required

Excellent verbal and written French and English communication skills
