Full job description

About the Role

We're looking for a self-starter PPC Specialist to own and grow our paid advertising campaigns for blinds companies. You'll have real ownership over campaign performance and the freedom to move fast. If you thrive when given autonomy, love digging into data, and know how to turn ad spend into measurable revenue, we'd love to hear from you.

We're a team that embraces AI as a tool and actively uses it to work smarter. We're not precious about how the work gets done, we care about results. If you're someone who's already using AI to level up your workflow, you'll fit right in.

This is a fully remote position.

What You'll Do

Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Reels, Stories) targeting homeowners and interior decision-makers in the blinds and window covering space
Edit short-form video content for paid social ads, taking things from raw footage all the way to polished, scroll-stopping creatives
Own campaign budgets end-to-end, including forecasting, pacing, and optimizing for cost-per-lead and ROAS targets
Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation specific to the home décor and window treatment market
Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages, and act on results quickly
Keep a close eye on performance daily across Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, and report on what's working and why
Spot new opportunities (new platforms, audiences, tactics) and bring them to the table proactively

What We're Looking For

Proven hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, ideally in home services, home décor, or a similarly visual product category
Video editing skills and comfort producing ad-ready content using tools like Premiere Pro, or similar
Strong analytical instincts: you can read campaign data, spot what's off, and fix it without being asked
A genuine self-starter attitude where you don't wait to be told what to do next
A track record of hitting or exceeding performance targets (leads, ROAS, CPL)
Comfort working independently in a fully remote setup

Nice to Have

Experience advertising in the blinds, shutters, or window treatment industry
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup
Experience with WordPress, Shopify and Webflow
