Reporting to: Sales Technology Leadership Team
You will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our web-based Sales Portal, supporting external users. This position focuses on day-to-day monitoring, service requests, and incident resolution while supporting various operational areas across the company. The ideal candidate brings strong application knowledge, troubleshooting expertise, and process analysis capabilities.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
- Provide application support for the company’s Sales Portal and other applications, including:
- Data maintenance
- User account administration
- Daily monitoring
- Incident management
- Request fulfillment
- Root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards by:
- Following policies and procedures
- Performing periodic reporting
- Conduct functional testing and maintain documentation to support new solution readiness
- Support continuous improvement by:
- Assisting developers and analysts with enhancements
- Triaging tickets and collaborating with Product Leads and Customer Success teams
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles and work instructions
- Communicate effectively with supported business areas
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- 3 to 5 years of application support experience in a SaaS, user-software, or manufacturing environment
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of large-scale SaaS platforms
- Experience with troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis
- Working knowledge of:
- Programming languages
- Relational databases
- SharePoint, Progress, and SQL
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Assets
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- ITIL Certification
- Knowledge of financial/accounting processes in manufacturing
- Experience creating technical documentation and training materials
