Claims Solution Designer

Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer / Solution Designer

Designed and implemented solutions in Guidewire ClaimCenter, focusing on configuration, customization, and integration.

Worked extensively with Gosu scripting and Guidewire framework components (PCF, workflows, business rules).

Developed and maintained end-to-end integrations using XML, SOAP/REST web services, and messaging systems (JMS).

Built scalable backend services using Java/J2EE technologies including Servlets, JSP, JDBC, and EJB.

Designed and developed microservices using Spring Boot, improving modularity and system scalability.

Integrated ClaimCenter with external systems using API-based and event-driven architectures.

Applied strong insurance domain knowledge in:

Personal Lines Claims

Commercial Claims

Collaborated with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments for iterative development and delivery.

Designed data models and optimized queries using relational databases.

Ensured high performance, maintainability, and reliability of applications through best practices and design patterns.

Played a key role as a Solution Designer, contributing to architecture decisions and technical design.

Deployed and managed applications in Azure cloud environments.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
