Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Site Services Sr. Manager, you will, conduct site visits, attend site meetings, oversee site activities and provide quality control for a major complex rehabilitation project
- Be responsibility for project progress and site reports
- Perform and supervise shop drawing reviews, answer Contractor requests for information and issue contract changes
- Assist with quality control/constructability reviews on drawings and specifications
- Collaborate and coordinate with a large multi-disciplinary team
- Mentor Junior and Intermediate CA Staff
Qualifications
- 15+ years’ experience with a focus on the construction phase of projects
- Sound technical and building envelope knowledge, strong understanding of applicable codes, and familiarity with construction practices on complex projects
- Experience with a solid foundation working on Heritage Conservation projects considered an asset
- Recognized credentials from a construction contract administration course or other equivalent training considered an asset
Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; REVIT software; Microsoft 365 environment; and Bluebeam.
