The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven, commission-based Insurance Broker who thrives in a sales-focused environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ plus years of selling Auto, Home, Business or Life Insurance sales in Canada, an existing network, and is deeply involved in their community. You’ll bring a hunter mentality, generate leads, and win business across commercial and personal lines. This is a high-impact role with unlimited earning potential for the right entrepreneurial broker.

Key Responsibilities

Actively prospect and close new business in commercial and personal insurance lines.
Leverage your community involvement and existing network to generate quality leads.
Engage with potential clients, network, and attend community/business events to grow your pipeline.
Conduct needs assessments, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close policies.
Manage renewals and provide excellent service to maintain long-term client relationships.
Cross-sell additional products and solutions to maximize client value.
Stay current on insurance markets, products, and industry regulations.

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years of Auto, Home, or Business Insurance sales experience in Canada.
Hunter mentality – you love chasing opportunities and closing deals.
Strong community ties and professional networks you can leverage.
Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
RIBO license (required), or planning to complete RIBO exam within next 30 days
