Looking to sharpen your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen with a great crew? Hudson Public Kitchen + Bar is on the lookout for a motivated Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our growing culinary team.

We’re a vibrant, high-volume restaurant in the heart of downtown Brantford known for bold flavours, creative plates, and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're refining your knife skills or already confident on the line, this is a place to learn, grow, and be part of something special.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare ingredients and execute dishes according to recipe standards and plating guidelines.
Handle prep work to keep the kitchen fully stocked and organized.
Work the line during service—grill, sauté, fryer, or cold station.
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and proper storage protocols at all times.
Communicate clearly and positively with fellow cooks and FOH staff.

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for food and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Punctuality, dependability, and a positive, team-focused attitude.
