Job Title: IT Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire qualified Information Technology professionals for a variety of technical roles. The IT Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source top talent, conduct candidate assessments, and manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, company websites, social media platforms, and professional networking sites.
Source qualified IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS), referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, certifications, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and career objectives.
Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
Prepare and extend employment offers, negotiate compensation within company guidelines, and facilitate offer acceptance.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation, background checks, reference checks, and onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry meetups to promote the company's employer brand.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, and recommend process improvements.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, company policies, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Stay informed about current IT industry trends, emerging technologies, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Previous experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition is preferred.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, and software development methodologies.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and online sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and recruitment teams.
