Job Overview

Café Brio is seeking a part-time Bartender to join our bar team. An understanding of classic cocktails is essential and bonus points will be awarded to those who love wine! Friday and Saturday availability is a must.

Café Brio is a 110-seat restaurant with a 10-seat bar and seasonal patio. For decades, Brio has built its reputation on exceptional food, thoughtful wine and cocktails, and genuine hospitality delivered with personality. We believe restaurants should feel like coming home: welcoming, lively, a little irreverent, and always authentic.

We’re looking for someone who can make guests feel immediately at ease once they sit down. The right candidate is equally comfortable building relationships with regulars, collaborating with the floor and kitchen teams, and maintaining high operational standards during busy service.

What You’ll Do

Lead all bar service during peak dinner hours in accordance with Serving It Right
Help create and maintain a seasonal cocktail program aligned with Brio’s style and culinary philosophy
Deliver warm, attentive, and energetic hospitality to both bar and dining room guests
Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, clean, and service-ready at all times
Monitor inventory, stock rotation, beverage costs, and product quality
Communicate effectively with the kitchen, servers, and management team throughout service
Maintain accurate cash handling, POS procedures, and end-of-night reconciliation
Uphold cleanliness and food-safe standards across all bar and espresso areas

Hourly wage of $18.25-$20/hour depending experience plus tips
In-house Wine Training by our very own Wine Director

Consistent days off. Cafe Brio is closed on Sundays and Mondays
No late nights. Our kitchen closes at 9:30pm

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
