Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems, including 2 boilers and electrical components.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work standards.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Oversee the fabrication of necessary components for repairs or upgrades as needed.
Manage the troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, including schematics and service records.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities that support operational goals.
Train staff on best practices for maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance practices.
Proficient in electrical systems, particularly low voltage applications.
Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements.
Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
Proven leadership skills with experience supervising a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs or modifications.
