Full job description

Our location in Essex at 380 Maidstone Ave W. is now hiring for full time and part time assistant manager position.

We want every guest to leave our restaurant happier than when they walked in, and want you to be a key part of their experience. Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Train and supervise staff members, including conducting performance evaluations
- Assist in creating work schedules and managing employee time off requests
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Assist in conducting market research and analyzing sales data
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer service position is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in math for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
