Full job description

Island Motorcycles is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Finance Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, permanent position.

Working Tuesday through Saturday, you will play a key role in helping customers turn their dream of motorcycle ownership into reality. This position combines exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and administrative excellence while working closely with LMG Finance and lending partners to facilitate financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Guide customers through the motorcycle financing process from application to delivery.
Prepare accurate and professional financing and purchase documentation.
Submit finance applications and supporting documents to LMG Finance and lending partners.
Communicate with customers regarding financing requirements, approvals, conditions, and next steps.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with dealership and lender requirements.
Coordinate with sales staff, customers, and finance partners to ensure a smooth and positive purchasing experience.
Track and manage active finance files from submission through funding.
Assist customers with protection products, warranties, and other finance-related offerings when applicable.
Maintain organized records and protect confidential customer information.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Island Motorcycles brand.

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive, powersports, finance, lending, administration, or customer service is considered an asset.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork and data entry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable learning finance systems and digital applications.
Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
