Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media Manager / Content Creator to help manage and grow the online presence of multiple businesses within our group.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, posting consistently, tracking results, and helping brands grow online. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating photos, videos, graphics, captions, promotions, and short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.

This role is best suited for someone who is organized, creative, not camera shy, and comfortable working with multiple brands in a fast-moving small-business environment.

Responsibilities

Create photos, videos, graphics, captions, reels, and promotional posts
Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently
Create content calendars for multiple businesses
Use Canva, CapCut, AI tools, ChatGPT, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and scheduling tools
Track performance including reach, engagement, leads, messages, conversions, and follower growth
Prepare simple reports and suggest improvements based on what content is working
Support paid advertising on Meta/Facebook, Instagram, and Google when needed
Coordinate with our overseas SEO team on content, campaigns, websites, and Google Business Profile updates
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews when needed
Help plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, giveaways, influencer collaborations, and brand-building ideas
Participate in on-camera content when needed
Proofread content before posting to ensure it is clear, accurate, and consistent with each brand

Qualifications

Experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, paid ads, or brand marketing
Comfortable creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, AI tools, ChatGPT, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and Google Business Profile is an asset
Experience with photography, video editing, graphic design, copywriting, and content planning is an asset
Organized and able to manage multiple brands and projects at the same time
Strong communication skills and able to work with internal teams, outside contractors, and overseas marketing/SEO teams
Comfortable being on camera when needed
Experience in automotive, retail, restaurants, e-commerce, service businesses, construction, or multi-brand companies is an asset
