Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA / Tester to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications and related mobile and web platforms. This role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Define testing strategy (functional, integration, regression, performance — where applicable)
Design and execute test cases; prepare and support UAT campaigns
Document, qualify, and track defects (prioritization, reproduction, retesting)
Contribute to test automation (where applicable) and continuous improvement
Ensure traceability (requirements → tests) and quality standards

Requirements

QA experience on Salesforce / CRM; proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools
Detail-oriented, rigorous, and collaborative with developers and business teams
Financial services experience — mandatory.
