Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bartender with a passion for Indian cuisine to craft delicious cocktails and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in both bartending and knowledge of Indian flavors and ingredients.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and offering an extraordinary guest experience. You will also work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure the best pairing of beverages with our unique menu items.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including signature and classic cocktails.
Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized bar area.
Engage with customers by recommending beverages and answering menu queries.
Monitor and restock inventory, ensuring timely ordering of bar supplies.
Assist in staff training and maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications:

Experience:
2+ years of bartending experience.
Skills:
Knowledge of Indian ingredients and flavor profiles.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Smart Serve Certification (required, mandated for alcohol service in Ontario).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
Other Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Reliable transportation to commute to Mississauga/Oshawa.
