Senior Human Resources Manager

Our client, a respected and growing leader in the home services industry, is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to join their leadership team. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in shaping culture, supporting organizational growth, and driving people strategies across a dynamic and evolving business.

The ideal candidate is a confident relationship-builder and trusted advisor who brings a strong background in human resources leadership, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. This individual will lead the HR function with professionalism, discretion, and a people-first mindset while partnering closely with leadership to support long-term business objectives.

This role requires a well-rounded HR leader with demonstrated experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy development, compliance, training, and workforce planning. You will help foster a collaborative and high-performing environment where employees feel supported, empowered, and aligned with the company’s vision and values.

While payroll oversight forms part of the role, the primary focus is strategic human resources leadership and operational excellence. The successful candidate will ensure processes are running effectively, support compliance initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization.

A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. CHRP or CHRL designation, or progress toward completion, would be considered an asset.

Exceptional communication, professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization are essential for success in this role.
