Job Description: Warehouse Assistant

Company Overview:
Event Water Solutions provides water stations, misting fans, water infrastructure and other water solutions to music festivals and events, both large and small, across North America, Europe and Australia.

Job Overview:

The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, repair and polishing of the existing water station fleet including full-size and tabletop models. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, organizing the warehouse, and assisting with any onsite projects including building new units and cases and specialty one-off projects. Additionally, they will be required to assist in setting up, onsite management and dismantling water stations at domestic and international events.

Responsibilities:

- Servicing of full-size and tabletop water stations, misting fans, filter packs and sinks

- Testing and diagnosing leaks and/or other issues which could include missing parts, power surges, etc.

- Changing UV lights in water stations and filter packs

- Unloading and loading of trucks and trailers

- Cleaning and polishing equipment

- Assisting in the building and repair of travel cases for the equipment

- Delivering rental sinks and water stations to events including assisting with set ups, operating and tearing down

- Performing cleaning duties, including routine cleaning and maintenance of warehouse and office areas

- Operating a tractor to mow the lawn/maintain outside property

- Performing inventory of parts and supplies on storage racks

- Salvaging existing supplies and keeping detailed records of stock

- Other duties as requested by management

Qualifications and Experience:

- Must be able to push and lift 50 lbs above your head

- Valid driver’s license

- Valid passport

- Comfortable working with power tools

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Attention to detail

Preferred but not Required:

- Ability to travel

- Comfortable driving a pickup truck with a trailer

- Plumbing experience

- Carpentry skills

- Additional building and servicing skills

- Ability to drive a lift truck

Schedule:

- Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

- Weekend availability required upon request

- Inside and outside work

The warehouse assistant will report to the warehouse manager as well as the vice president and president of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
